The quick answers.

What's the difference between the two tracks?
The Strategy day gives you a clear plan and 90-day roadmap. The Implementation day sets up your tools and systems so they're running. Plan it, or build it.
Do I have to do the Strategy day before the Implementation day?
No. If you already know what you need built, start with Implementation. If you're scattered and need direction first, start with Strategy.
Do we work together, or do you do it for me?
Your choice. Done With You means we work side by side all day. Done For You means I do the work and then walk you through everything on a review call. Both start with your pre-work session.
What if my build needs more than one day?
After your pre-work session, I'll tell you what we can complete in your day. Most clients finish one to two systems, depending on complexity. If your build needs more, you can add a half day for $1,200, and larger projects can run as a second full day. You'll always know the scope before we start.
Why an application instead of just buying?
Because a VIP Day only works if it's the right fit. The application tells me where you're at so we walk in ready to work. No wasted hours.
Can we really get this done in one day?
Yes, because of the pre-work. By the time your day starts, the plan is set. We use the six hours to do the work, not to figure out what to do. If your project needs two phases, we plan that before the day.
Do I need to be techy?
No. The technical part is exactly what I handle. You bring the business. I bring the build.
